About the Estate

The estate "Lisova Hatyna-CHAN" is located 300 metres from the paved road, deep in the Carpathian forest, where you cannot hear a single sound of civilization. Soimy village — the very heart of the Zakarpattia Carpathians.

The territory features two comfortable houses, a gazebo, a grill area, a swing, a hammock, and a traditional Carpathian hot tub (chan). We offer ideal conditions for family vacations and relaxing with friends.

The distance to Mizhhirya town is 5 km, to the ski lifts — 7 km. A paved road leads to the village, and the last 300m is a scenic forest road to the estate, passable for any car. This distance from the highway is our main advantage: no traffic noise, only the sounds of the forest.

Administratively we are in Khust district of the Zakarpattia region, bordering Volovets district. From here it is equally easy to reach the main tourist magnets of the region: Lake Synevyr — 34 km, Shypit waterfall — 24 km, Pylypets chairlift to Mt. Hemba — 24 km, Kolochava — 25 km, Kelechyn eco-park — 10 km. This makes our estate the ideal base for a multi-day Zakarpattia route.
